He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Evans and Irene Evans. He is survived by: his wife Lynne; his children, Clark (Gretchen) and Hope; his grandchildren, Maggie, Quinn Evans, Tristan and Kaden Chambers; his brothers, Keith (Lorna) and Paul (Marie); and his in-laws, Brian Peden, Anita, Jacob Wong, Keith and Nicola Peden. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and their children.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Portland United Church (10 Colborne St, Portland, ON K0G1V0). A reception was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
