He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Anna (Richard Tjepkema); his siblings, Gloria, Julia, Christine and Geoffrey; his children, Debra, Jennifer, Michael, Joseph, Jordan and Skye; and also, Matthew and Rebecca.

Rapkins, David WilliamFebruary 5, 1931 – January 21, 2019It is with great sadness that his family announce that David's life ended at the Ottawa General Hospital at the age of 87 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's and chest problems leading to pneumonia.
