He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Elizabeth Somers Alexander (Maxwell); and his former wife Barbara Alexander Schaldemose (Parliament). He is survived by: his former wife Frances Alexander (Arbuthnot) of Perth; his children, Geoffrey of Delta, B. C., David of Trenton and Katherine of Richmond; and his grandsons, Shawn Michael, Jason Sean, Ryan Mathew and Jonathan Blair.
