He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Wiley (Livingstone); and his sister Mary Ferris (Harry). He is survived by: his sons, Richard W. (April) and Michael G. Wiley; his grandchildren, Anna, Ella and Reggie Wiley; and his nephews, Bill, Jim, Bob and Dave Ferris.

Due to covid restrictions, the service will be held privately for the family.
