He is survived by: his siblings, Rene (late Denise), Bill (Jeanette), Dave (Mary), Ted (Heidi), Troy (Barb), Dan (Adrianna) and Adam Bergeron (Maegen). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Due to Covid restrictions, the service to honour Andre's life will be held privately at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Perth on Monday May 31st, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. In remembrance of Andre, memorial donations to Lanark County Mental Health 179 Elmsley Street North, Unit 142 Smiths Falls, Ontario K7A 2H8 would be appreciated.
