With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alfred Patrick Lee (Perth, Ontario), who passed away on April 30, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Michael. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Judy (Glenn), Jim, Doug (Heather), Bob (Maria) and Bill (Cindy); and his great grandchildren, Joey (Colleen), Annie (Benson), Samantha Jackie (Jake), Joshua (Katie) and Sarah (Jason). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

Following covid restriction regulations the mass will be private for the family.
