He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Lancia and Mary Lancia; his wife Elizabeth Kilian (Liesje); and his siblings, Renaldo and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia and Emily; his adoptive children, Ruby, Tina and Richard; and his siblings, George and Helen. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
