He is survived by: his wife Brenda St. Denis-Monague; his children, Wausa, Wabie, Awasis, Katelyn and William Jr.; his grandchildren, Michael, Chase and Kai; his siblings, Gregory, Gary, Alda, Judy, Cecile, Becky, Leonard Jr., Stella, Joanne and Eugene; and his pet Jewel. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
