He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma Fournier and Alcime Fournier; and his sisters, Carol Moreau and Beverly Fournier. He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon (Brandon), April (Wayne) and Jeanette; his grandchildren, Declan, Isaac, Ralyen, Jervain and Amy; and his caregiver Leslie of Saint Elizabeth Healthcare.
