He is also survived by his great nieces, great nephews, extended family and friends.

“While i never worked directly with bob at the mhcp, we did become friends over the years. He had a great sense of humour and was easy to like. Together, at bob's place, we watched the final game of the world series when tim lincicum of the san francisco giants beat the texas rangers, and it was a memorable night full of baseball talk, rock and roll talk, and general guy stuff, anecdotes, etc. I liked bob.
