He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Moreau and Celestine Moreau; his siblings, Prima Marchildon, John, Paul and Leo; and his granddaughter Ashley Shiner.

He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Louise (Dan Archer), Tom (Linda Shaw) and Donna (Dean Shiner); his grandchildren, Pere', Pamela, Rachelle, Sarah and Carley; his great grandchildren, Eric, Daphne, Aiden and Savannah; and his siblings, Avela (Alan Quesnelle), Dolorese (Ron Hayes), Lorraine (late Ralph Freeman), Allan (Brenda) and David (Julie). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
