He was predeceased by: his siblings, Elly Marion (John), Chris Arts (Evonne Gratto) and Mimi Arts; and also, Martin Arts (Sharon) and Tony Arts (Linda).

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Arts; his sons, Michael Arts and Jason Arts (Jenna Healy); and his grandchildren, Trinity, Lily, Lyric and Max Arts. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
