Patricia Levack Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Levack (Penetanguishene, Ontario), who passed away on September 1, 2020 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Richard; and her parents, Elva Lalonde and Wilfred Lalonde. She is survived by: her husband Michael; her sons, Matthew and Brent; her siblings, Larry (late Jean), Ann (Ron) and Don (Denise); and her nieces and nephews, Sue, Kim, Kris, Ashley, Tabitha, Justin, Gordan, Karen, Sherry, Adam, Ian, Marc, Sara, Jennifer, Kent, Kelly and Holly. She is also survived by many friends, family and coworkers.

Donations to Cancer Care at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre would be appreciated by the family in lieu of flowers.
