With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James G. W. DeWitt of Penetanguishene, Ontario, who passed away on February 7, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jessica Ladoucer, Emily (Kyle), Abigail, Isabella and Owen; his mother Rose Mary; his siblings, Pamela Venne (Marcel), Aimee MacNeil (Donald), Carrie DeWitt (Paul), Steven DeWitt (Megan), Melanie Lebel and Laura Christian; his father-in-law Ricky Ladoucer; his brother-in-law Jason Ladoucer; his stepmother Debra DeWitt; his mother-in-law Karen Ladoucer; and his brother Michael DeWitt. He was also cherished by many other cousins, friends, nieces, nephews and one great nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to a Gofundme page, organized by Amanada Linnenbank to cover the costs of his funeral, with the remainder going in trust for his 4 children.
