It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gwenneth Shirleen Lortie (Penetanguishene, Ontario), who passed away on November 27, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Roch Lortie; her parents, William Carr and Elizabeth Carr; and her siblings, Gordon and Muriel.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Valliere (Victor), Virginia Gignac (Paul), Deborah McKnight (Murray), Mark Lortie (Melodie) and Rochelle Pal (Heinz); and her grandchildren, Shane, Jason, Shirleen, Rebecca, Chantelle, Cherrill, Daryl, Jake and Shannon.
