She was predeceased by: her parents, Armand Gignac and Claircy Gignac; her husband Doriste Desroches; and her siblings, Jeanne, Dorion (Gerald), George (Cecile), Edna Calhoun (Jack), Andrew (Aleta), Ophelia, Theresa, Julia Ladouceur (Ernest) and Marcellin.
She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Thompson (late Paul), Richard (Dianne), Louise LaRose (Dan), Michael (Terry), Guy (Jennifer) and Charles (Carolyn); and her siblings, Rita Ladouceur (late Ralph), Martin (Dolores) and Evelyn Lesperance (late Leo). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
