Edward Light Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Light (Penetanguishene, Ontario), who passed away on January 11, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Light; his grandson Evan; and his parents, Aime Light and Bertha Light (Lalumiere). He is survived by: his children, Tony (Debby), Karen Whyte (Bill), Kim Bellehumeur (Pierre), David (Mandy) and Sharon Light (Chris Flynn); his grandchildren, Candice Hanmore (Mark), Cole, Emily, Joseph, Zelia, Sophia, Connor and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Calum and Averie; and his siblings, Francis Light (Theresa), Betty Fitzgerald (late Don), Gerry Light (Dawna), Patricia McNamara (Tom), Marie Desrochers (Joseph), Louis Light, Eva Lortie (Lionel), Peter Light (Muriel), Estelle MacInnis (Ken), Felicia Light, Henry Light (June) and Herman Lalumiere.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date when COVID restrictions are lifted.
