He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Evelynn; and his son Paul. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Guy (Pauline), Grant (Dina) and Kerry; his grandchildren, Sean, Chris, Scott, Adam, Brett, Kevin, Hope and Jesse; his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Cameron, Sahara, Ocean, Scout and Lincoln; his brother David Forge; and his friends, Gail Moon, Joe, Jan Quesnelle, Nick Gagliardi, Jack and Sandy Gow. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
