It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Blanche L. Marchand-Brown (Penetanguishene, Ontario), who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Brown; her parents, Robertine Proulx and Celestin Marchand; and her siblings, Agnes Marchand, Rita MacIntyre, Brother Charles Roland, Paul and Jerome Marchand.

She is survived by: her siblings, Clare Marchand (Rolene), Marie Johnson (Bill), John Marchand (Delcy), Norma Jivcoff (Bill) and Denise Moreau (Ernest). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Canadian Liver Foundation, and the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
