She is survived by: her parents, Ron Zaleski and Carrol Young; her sister Katherine Dockendorff (Huntley); her niece Shelby Dockendorff; her nephew Wesley Dockendorff; and her pet Dudley.

“Tina was our Veterinarian for 14 years. We absolutely loved her. She was the most caring vet we have ever had. We trusted her thoroughly. It was just 2 weeks ago that we saw her and she was helping us with the quality of life for our 14 year old Labrador. At our last appointment I shared how much we trusted and valued her expert opinion. I told her that she was amazing at her job and how highly we respected her. We were so grateful for the care she gave to our pets. We will never forget her”
