It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Theresa Mary Yakabuskie (Pembroke, Ontario), who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Yakabuskie; her parents, John Stoppa and Johanna Stoppa; her children, Peter Jr. and Mary Ann; her grandchildren, Jordana Yakabuskie, Codie Stewart and Tyson Yakabuskie; and her siblings, Leonard, Rosemary, Irene and Eve Stoppa.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew (Kevelyna), Joan Lee (Robert), Brian (Pam), Rosemary Alport (late Harold), Barbara, Theresa, Betty Stewart (Rick), Henry (Jamie), Patrick, Lornie (Wilma), Irene Gough (Stephen), Melissa Bennett (Calvin), Adam (Maria), Josephine (Dave), Helen (Kevin), Eve (Marty) and Paul.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Malcolm, Deavitt and Binhammer Funeral Home (141 Renfrew St, Pembroke, ON K8A5R8). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church (86 Lacroix Bay Rd, Westmeath, ON K0J2L0).
