He was predeceased by: his parents, Clairident Lair and Rita Lair; and his brothers, Richard and Joey. He is survived by: his children, Richard Lair, Tera Lair and Tonia Parker (Todd); his grandchildren, Mya, Zachary Lair, Lucas, Benson Brenkenridge, Katie, Harrison and Melanie Parker; his sister Annette Nieman (Gerald); and his nieces, Linda Nieman (Keith) and Pamela Nelson (Curtis).
In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer Society of Ontario or Lung Association would be appreciated.
