He was predeceased by: his parents, Chellamal Raghavan and V. V. Raghavan. He is survived by: his spouse Vidya Vijay; his child Dr. Nishka Vijay; his child-in-law Ratiya Nakkhiew; and his siblings, Ananthu, Jaya and Leela Kesavan (Toronto). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
