He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Born and Hazel Born; his stepdaughter Diane Landry; his siblings, Ronald Born (Pauline), Howard Born and Sandra Born; and also, Loretta Lance and Heather Landry.

He is survived by: his siblings, Glen Born (Sharron), Kathy Junop (late Ronald) and Desmond Born; and his stepchildren, Jacque Lance (Chris), Gerry Lance (late Dorothy), Michael Lance (Cindy), Dale-Ann Raymond (Robert) and Gail Somers (Leo). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
