She was predeceased by: her siblings, John Jack Evans and Ellen Patricia Gales (Evans). She is survived by: her son Craig Buchanan (Mellissa) of Pembroke; her grandchildren, Chelsea, Cassandra (Nathan Hartwig), Elliot and Haley; her great grandchildren, Zander, Theodore, William and Emmaline; and her friend Marnie Stunt.

Keeping with Judy's passion for nursing, in remembrance of Judy's life the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County Society.
