He was predeceased by: his parents, Johannes DeVeen and Aaltje DeVeen; and his brother Albert (Anne). He is survived by: his wife Audrey DeVeen; his children, John DeVeen (Kateri) and Nicolette Lapierre (Mark); and his brothers, Jack (Mina) and Ivan (Gertrude).
