He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Adam and Louisa Adam; and his siblings, Simone Amyotte (Lionel), Cecile Leblanc (Andre), Rachel Rainville (Roger), Melba Graveline (Renaldo), Guy (Mabel) and Rheaume Adam.

He is survived by: his wife Doreen Adam; his sons, Brian (Donna) of Victoria, BC and Joey Adam of Whitelake; his siblings, Gisele Leblanc of Whitby and Claude Adam (Noreen) of Renfrew; his nieces and nephews, Denise Patry, Maurice Lacroix, Mike, Denise Zabloski and Helen Gilchrist; and his walking buddies, Mike Lampkin and Jacques Chevrette.
