He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert and Jeanne; his siblings, Sonny (late Eleanor), Bill, Jeannette (late Joe Poirier) and Doris (George Lemieux); and his grandson Robbie Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, James Buske (Joanne) of Pembroke, Linda Buske (Ben McCafferty) of Pembroke, Brian Buske of Pembroke and Laurie Goldie (Todd) of Lacombe, Alberta.; his grandchildren, Joel Buske (Amber), Josh Buske (Kat Foley), Thomas Curtis, Cynthia Curtis (Ivan Zubaryev) and Deneka Goldie; his great grandchild Leo Buske; his siblings, Helen (late Glen Moore), Betty (late Murray Leach), Ernie Buske (Harlene), Marjorie Walker (Gerry Haley) and Herb Buske Jr. (late Carlyn); and his caregiver Erin Van Hoof.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Neville Funeral Home (491 Isabella St, Pembroke, ON K8A5T8). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Church (280 Lourdesview Dr, Pembroke, ON K8A2G4).
