It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elsie Mary McGowan of Pembroke, Ontario, who passed away on June 19, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bert" McGowan; her daughters, Janice Dufresne and Judy McGowan; her parents, Wilbert Rabishaw and Josephine Rabishaw; and her brother Pius Rabishaw (late Lois).

She is survived by: her children, Darlene Costello (David), Darrell McGowan and Robbie McGowan (Shelley); her grandchildren, Corey Costello (Amber), Chad Costello, Amy Dufresne, Josh Dufresne, Dayna Shank (Justin), Kyle Delaurier, Adam McGowan and Devon McGowan; her great grandchildren, Danielle (Josh), Nolan, Lena, Gage, Knox, Kailey and Elliot; and her sisters, Inez Olmstead (late Bill) and Kathy Scanes (Andrew). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
