He was predeceased by: his grandchild Bodie; his parents, P. J. Mulligan and Lily Mulligan; his stepmother Valada Mulligan; and his siblings, Kelly Mulligan (Kathy), Joan McVittie (John Voll), Billy Mulligan (Laurie), Barbara Dayment, James Barber (Betty) and Judy Buckley (late Jay).
He is survived by: his wife Ann Mulligan; his children, Angela Cadeau (Paul), Victor (Bianca), Robert, Lucas (Amanda Ranger) and Marcia Mulligan (Brad Goldberg); his grandchildren, Phillipe, Conrad, Ella, Lily, Kane, Ryker, Zach, Brent, Brooke, Colton and Riley; and his brother-in-law Gerry Dayment. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
