Catherine Fairbairn Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2025, at the age of 88, Catherine Fairbairn in Pembroke, Ontario passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Catherine Fairbairn to pay them a last tribute.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Catherine is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl and Loretta (McAuley); her siblings, Bill, Joan Rooney and Sister Anne Fairbairn; and her brothers-in-law, Paul Rooney and Jake Gouthro.

She is survived by: her siblings, Dora Gouthro, Bob (Doreen Cooney) and Bert (Jane Bunston).

Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Church (280 Lourdesview Dr, Pembroke, ON K8A2G4). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
