He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Hare and Leona O'Hare; and his siblings, Mary and Al O'Hare. He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Brault (Ronnie) of Ottawa, Doreen Corriveau (Fern) of Ottawa, Elsie Lafontaine (Ray) of Ottawa, Elaine Stone (Larry) of Ottawa, Gerard O'Hare of Ottawa and Bernadette Hogbin (late Brian). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
