He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Herbert and Marion Herbert. He is survived by: his children, Leslie (Bruce), Brad (Nikki) and David (Pam); his wife Mary Lou "Lou"; and his sibling Marion. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
