He is survived by: his siblings, Julie Dodge Vander Baaren, Lynne, Kristan Mulligan and Melissa Dodge; his nieces and nephews, Chris, Rachel, Connor, Patrick, Kenzie, Nathan, Julia, Andrew, Jayden, Ethan, Ryder and Mavie; his great-niece Kaylee; his great-nephew Mason; and his extended family Jo Anne.
