She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Bushell and Betty Bushell. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Skinner; her children, Steven (Dianne), Greg (Cynthia), Sandra Ruggles (Mark), Lisa Jackson (Troy) and Karen Skinner (Jerry Smiarowski); and her siblings, Barry Bushell (Lois), Sandra Knowles (Bill) and Bob Bushell (Cindy). She is also survived by her sisters and brothers-in-laws, and by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A celebration of Shirley's life will take place at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church on Sunday, July 7th, at 2:30 P.M. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Friends of Belvedere, or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
