She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack McKinnon and Joyce McKinnon; and her brothers, Kenny Mckinnon, Danny McKinnon and Billy Mckinnon.

She is survived by: her husband Alan Halonen of Waubamik; her daughters, Crystal Nolan (Michael) and Jessica (Shawn); her grandchildren, Keedan Hunter (Katelynn), Charlie, Violet, Carson and Skylar; her siblings, Charlie Mckinnon and Norma Woolman; and her brothers-in-law, Alex Blaney (Lisa) and David Blaney (Doreen).

Donations in Sharon's name would greatly be appreciated to a cause near and dear to her Sick Children's Hospital in Toronto.
