He is survived by: his wife Nancy Beagan; his children, Zane Smith, Arleah Bloxam of Carle, Tiera Martin, Samara Bloxam, Draya Bloxam and Micah Bloxam; his stepsons, Josh and Jarrett Boam; his siblings, John, Bill, Bob, Shirley, Jim, Donald, Ron and Reg; his friend Randy Hunter; and also Beth Smith. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
