He is survived by: his children, Zane Smith, Arleah Bloxam of Carle, Teira Martin, Samara Bloxam, Draya Bloxam and Micah Bloxam; his grandchildren, Hailey, Joey, Fynn, Presley, Holden and Henley; his siblings, John, Shirley, Bill, Bob, Jim, Donald, Ron and Reg; and his friend Randy Hunter. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
