He is survived by: his significant other Lisa; his children, Sydney (Maciek) and Dylan (Vyda-Jane); his grandchildren, Landon and Daxton; his siblings, Tom (Stacey), David (Lori), Gayle (Dave) and Joe (Leslie); his nieces and nephews, Jayson, Bianca, Jacqui, Billy, Edwin and Brandon; his mother Mary Lou; and his stepmother Bonnie.
