He is survived by: his wife Kathy Dennis; his children, Sheena (Tony) and David (Michele); his siblings, Linny and Trace (Rick); his nieces and nephews, Mike, Mark (Sherri), Jess, Jer and Bob; his aunts, Sharon, Dean (Emrick) and Pat; his cousins, Bev, Joanne and Joan; and his friend Gaia.
