He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hammond and Mae Hammond; his son Murray; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Battaglia (Mike) and Ryan; his siblings, Thom (Bonnie) and Joy Zelasko (late Dan); and his sister-in-law Diane. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
