He is survived by: his child Mike (Chris); his daughter-in-law Lori McPhaden (Marc); his grandchildren, Randi, Taylor, Bailey and Branden; his siblings, Charlie (Marilyn) and Donny; and his significant other Marilyn Helmkay.
