With heavy hearts, we announce the death of McLam Jim (Parry Sound, Ontario), who passed away on April 4, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of McLam Jim to pay them a last tribute.

In the vast expanse of eternity, McLam shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid McLam farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Cheri and Lianne; his stepsons, Mark, Ryan (Amanda) and Ted (Rachel); and his siblings, Todd (Cindy), Mary Jane (Roger), Sandy, Sam (Jackie) and Robert. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the West Parry Sound Health Centre (Palliative Care) would be appreciated.

“Tom & I wish to express our sincere sympathy to you Linda and family, for the passing of JIM. We spent many years with our brother-in-law at the variety of houses you lived in. We went to community parties together. We feed Jim's horses, cow & chickens, We organized Linda's kitchen with the surprize of a white weasel popping out of the cupboard. Tom, Jim & Linda worked tirelessly on the new restaurant. It was a fun and enjoyable time Jim will be another Star looking down from the sky.”
