She was predeceased by: her husband Percy; her grandson Kevin Brinen; and her sister Marguerite. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Brinen, Dan Ball and Karen Simser (David); her grandchildren, Debra Brinen (Ludvik Mitek), Laurie Karasmanis (Tony), Joseph Ball, James Ball, Andrew Ball (April) and Chrys Ramsay; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Adrian, Stephen, Jared, Olivia, Ian, Aaron, Sophia, Emma, Brady and Cameron; and her siblings, Theresa, Bernard, Ada and Jean. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
