Luke Mishibinijima Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luke Mishibinijima (Parry Sound, Ontario), who passed away on December 29, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jean and Steve Zyganiuk; his great-grandparent Rose Rice; and his cousin Tamara Zyganiuk. He is survived by: his mother Darlene; his brother Steven; his aunts and uncles, Alex (Doris) and Pazhe; his cousins, Harmony (Kevin), Adam (CiCi), Kai (Cindy), Shane (Angie) and Zaag; his father Hugh (Velma); and his siblings, Roger, Eric, Sabrina, Hughie, Shane, Shamus and Eliza.

A wake was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Gathering Place. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Wasauksing Kinomaugewgamik or the Wasauksing United Church.
