He was predeceased by: his parents, James Crerar Thompson and Helen Agnes Grisdale. He is survived by: his children, Aislynn Garside (Mike), Jennifer Campbell (Jeff), Rachel Ewen (Ryan) and Christopher Thompson (Kim); his grandchildren, Railyn Ewen, Wyatt Garside and Iris Garside; and his wife Ingrid. He is also survived by his siblings, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers to donate to your favorite animal rescue, or Palliative Care/Cancer Care at the West Parry Sound Health Centre.
