He was predeceased by: his son Lewis Adams Jr. Dear; and his sister Sheila. He is survived by: his spouse Pat Adams (Donnelly); his daughters, Terri (Donald Roberts) and Sheila Cashmore (late Dan); his grandchildren, Greg and Tasha; and his siblings, Wani Adams, Julia Lisetto, June, Garnet and Fred. He is also survived by his great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
