She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Pete Downey; her parents, Len Belanger and Marion; her children, Billy Moring (Rhi) and Tamika Moring; her stepdaughter Kimberley Downey (Mike); and her sisters, Letitia Burns (late Jim), Lynne Belanger and Luanne Belanger (Bob Dorian). She was also cherished by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
