He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph, Paul, Marie, Carmella, Gerald, Theresa, Ruth, Parnell, Bernadine, Margaret, Edward and Roseanne; and his granddaughter Rachel.
He is survived by: his children, Dan (Lorie), Joanne Higgins (Tom) and Greg (Debra); his grandchildren, Meagan (Phil), Kailey (Craig), Ryan, Adam (Elizabeth), Gillian Sahanatien (Sheldon), Jordan (Brittlee), Aaron (Jennifer), Darren (Laura) and Tyler; and his sister-in-law Theresa Campbell. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, many relatives, and friends.
Donations would be graciously accepted to the West Parry Sound Health Centre (Cancer Care), and the RACH fund through Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.
