He was predeceased by: his parents, Burley Sr. and Ruby; his daughter Carrie; and his brothers, Mel, Herman and Burley.
He is survived by: his children, Robin (Douglas) and Shannon (Nelson); his grandchildren, Ryan, Sydney, Zack, Kayla, Kody and Konner; and his friend Kathy Parton.
