He was predeceased by: his spouse Gertrud Engelking. He is survived by: his close friend Margaret Morden; his children, Eva (Philip West), Peter (Marina) and Wally; his grandchildren, Stephanie (Colin), Lindsay (Dave), Jonathan (Leanna), Nicholas (Meagan), Christopher (Jennifer), Michael, Bradley and Daniel; and his great grandchildren, Cara, Tucker, Grace and John. He is also survived by his other relatives and friends.
